David oversees all business administration, fundraising, legal aspects and board relations of the foundation. This ensures FORE’s programs are adequately funded and promoted throughout the Ohio River Basin. In addition to his role with FORE, he also serves as Director of Administration and Human Resources for ORSANCO .
